What’s the My ITZU app?

The My ITZU app is a user-friendly app based on the Alundi Digital Workspace platform.

How do I access the app?

Anyone can download and install the ITZU app. However, you will only have access to the information that is important to you if you are also known in the personnel database of ITZU. If you can’t get access to the app, please contact myitzu@itzu.eu.

How is my privacy guaranteed?

Just to avoid having to use the channels that you also use in your personal life when communicating with colleagues, ITZU has decided to introduce this app. The app does not use your personal contacts, but provides a contact book of colleagues. Your mobile phone number is not visible to anyone in the app either. When installing the app, you also need to specify which notifications you would like to receive and which you don’t want to receive. So you decide when you want to be notified when new info becomes available to you.

How safe is the app?

Your access to the app is very personal and can only be activated on one device. After all, we want to make sure that you only have access to the information that is intended for you.

Can ITZU monitor me via the app?

The MY ITZU was introduced to inform employees better and faster and to streamline a number of internal processes. Only the moments when you launch the app are registered. All other actions and information are always a result of a conscious action by you. You always have the possibility to delete the app at any time.
